In our formative years our thought patterns are programmed more negatively.  This is natural because our parents fear for our health and safety and therefore we hear a lot of "don't do this," "don't do that," "DON'T, DON'T,etc." As we mature most people find themselves unsatisfied with their lives.  Whether it is finances, health, love or careers one always feels the need for improvement.  Now, here is the enigma.  The human brain is like a computer.  Any pre-programmed thoughts must be de-programmed prior to re-programming.
