We offer many items in the Dreamcatcher's store to help you fulfill your dream including the Fulfillment packages to get you started along with many other helpful visualization tools to aid you in reaching your goals.
You can check the status of any order by signing in to your account. We will update your order once the item has shipped and notify you via email with a tracking number. If you have any questions about your order please contact our customer care department at custcare@dreamcatchersanonymous.com
Fulfillment packages: Fulfillment packages are not returnable as they are a custom item created especially for you after a detailed phone consultation. If you receive your fulfillment package and it is damaged in any way we will happily provide you with a replacement package. Please contact us at custcare@dreamcatchersanonymous.com with a description of how your fulfillment package is damaged.
Visualization Tools and other items: Most items are returnable if they are unused. If an item is not returnable it will be stated in the description of that particular item. We will always replace damaged items immediately. Please contact us at custcare@dreamcatchersanonymous.com with a brief email regarding the item you would like to return. We will then email you a confirmation with details on how to return the item.
